Dennis - is this the path for the Tasco?? Gatun Lock to the Centennial Bridge, then bridge to Pedro Miquel, then to the last lock Miraflores.

You link is now working - but I do not see the Tasco , I am about 45 after your post, did I miss it??

 

The tracking for WW shipping seems to be down. I can't find out if the Tasco has docked in Panama or not. Also do not see her on AIS or Panama cams. Will keep a sharp eye out though.

 

AIS has some problems at times and will "drop" a ship off of the map, all you can do is keep checking and eventually she will re-appear. But at times a ship will not show on the maps for hours after being lost.

 

That is the route of the canal from Atlantic to the Pacific. Usually WW ships have an early morning passage, so Tasco should head towards the Gatun lock some
where between 5 - 8am tomorrow. But if you are around you may want to keep checking the map to see what she does.

 

If Tasco is off the maps for hours, you can check the WW site for her schedule and when it changes to red, you will know that she has departed Manzanillo.
I'm taking off to check on the Spyder so will be away for a few hours, will check back when I return.

 

Okie she is docked at MIT and on the map again.

fantastic, after the long darkness I see light at the end of the tunnel. October 8th she should be at Port Hueneme! It wont be long now till we are all doing the road twist!!!!

So, who's taking the early shift? :impatient I will probably be up as I've been having trouble sleeping past 5:30am lately. I will try to get pics of our Tasco going through the locks, but I make no guarantees (I would like to sleep in one of these weekends).

 

Taso is underway again so remember that the map is lagged, so take that into account when watching the locks.

 

I just finished watching her go through the Gatun Locks. Did anyone get shots of her from when she first showed up in the camera until 8:10am Panama time?

Also, how long before she shows up on the Centennial Bridge camera?
