I'M IN LOVE!
 

I'm really in love with my new Mini! I recently bought an 06 Dark Silver S convertible with 6300 pampered miles. I'm 66 years old, but feel like a kid in a candy store.

Back in my college days (60s), I drove an A/H bugeyed Sprite..Later had a TR2...then an A/H 3000.

For the last 5 years, I've driven a 91 Miata BRG. The Miata has been a fun little car, but now the Mini is my dream car.

A few weeks ago, I sat in a Mini at a car lot. I'm 6'3", so I immediately let the seat all the way back. Lo and behold! I had to bring the seat up...Unheard of in a small car! I knew then that I had to have a Mini.

I bought this sweet little Mini from a lady in Atlanta who needed more leg room in the back seat for her kids.

I'm looking forward to reading the posts here and picking up pointers about my "new" Mini.

Gaminis, Welcome to NAM from another 60s kid. We have a similar love of cars. My first real sports car was a 60 BugEye, then many others through the years.

Thanks for the welcome! Yes, I live in NW GA; about 50 miles from Atlanta. I'm hoping to get my Mini's stripes installed this week..then I'll post some pics.
I need advise on which air intake kit to install. I'm big on K&N products. Is this the right forum for that kind of advise?
