I have a snow globe that was from 2002 MINIUSA. Every year MINI makes a new one and I have the first year. PM me if your interested. Starting bid will be $100.00. If it does not sell here will be on Ebay soon.

 

Which colour MINI is in it? I only just found out that MINI was doing one every year. I missed either the 02 or 03 one.

 

Its Red like everything else MINI does. With White bonnet strips.

 

The MINI MotoringGear website has the 2003 Snowglobe on sale for $30.00. It has a silver MINI. The 2004 Snowglobe is $39.50 and has an Electric Blue MINI. The 2002 Snowglobes might be hard to find.

I think I spyed that Peter acquired a snowglobe through ebay!

 

It arrived today but I'm not going to open it till Saturday...my Christmas Present to me!

Ok...I now have the set. The 02 from Ebay..the 03 from MINIUSA and the 04 from my local dealer.

Am I alone in thinking the 03 globe is.....not as nice. The car looks like it was made from putty. Meager snow effect. Or perhaps its' just the one I got?

I really like the 02 and 04. Those are also in nicer boxes. Hmmm...

I saw where there was another 02 snowglobe for sale on ebay but the reserve han't been met yet-you all may want to check it out:smile:

 

Interestingly I have seen several '04 snowglobes for sale on ebay recently- I wonder if dealers sell their old stock this way? Prices seem reasonable considering the price if purchased from MINIUSA.....

 

Although recently I saw an '04 go for a lot more than the dealer price, are they out of stock already?!!! I can't believe that someone whould pay a lot of money for an auction item the they might have been able to get from their dealer or the MINIUSA site for a lot less- Now I could understand paying for an '02 or '03 but....just don't get it..... and believe me I love my MINI collectibles!!

 

H E L L O ........ call ANY MINI dealership & they could order 02, 03,and 04!!!!!! I work at the dealership in Colorado if anybody wants a snow globe mailed to them for the cost that we charge all of our valued customers
