Purchased my custom shift knob 5/08. Doug created a unique custom design based on my own preferences. I used one of his existing designs on his website, but had it modified to include some custom touches. He is prompt with his replies. The whole transaction from custom design to completed knob in my hands was only a week. I really think it improves the shift feel. Well worth the money. Great person to deal with.

Doug worked with me during the mock up phase to ensure the final proof of my custom design was exactly what I wanted. He answered all my questions in a prompt and timely fashion. Doug's approach to customer service and his attention to detail was beyond Exceptional!!!

I won a custom one at MOT. I love it. Doug is so helpful with the design process, very professional. When the box came in the mail, I ripped it open as if I was opening gifts on Christmas morning. The weight of it is amazing. It almost throws my car into gear. The knob is so well made, and gorgeous. I sometimes catch myself just rubbing it while sitting in traffic. I highly reccomend his product. WAY worth the price (was planning on buying one anyways)

Pricey, I'm not sure its worth the bucks for any performance gain, but I like it.
