slow shipping, they make a lot of mistakes
I have ordered 3 items from this vendor. 1 item was misspelled, one item was correct, the 3rd item was the wrong thing. My orders were eventually corrected but the receptionist was not exactly polite.

Pros:
Quallity is top notch!! Customer Service is the best I have had.
Cons:
A little slow on delivery, but understandable. (2 person business)
I have decked my whole car out in their graphics little bit at a time. You have to have patiance with them because it's one person doing all the work. Even so Mike always returns my calls and really pays atention to detail.
