MOMO Shift Knobs have a universal fit and they are designed for all manual transmission cars, some cars may require some slight modification on the shift rod. MOMO Shift Knob requires a shift rod diameter of 0.60’’ or less.

Pros:
Heft, Shift feel, looks
Cons:
Slightly raises shift knob position.
I bought this off the web from LTB Motorosports (http://www.ltbmotorsports.com/aluminumsport.html). While it doesn\'t have the shift pattern of the stock knob or the custom graphics of the Whalen, it is a very nice knob indeed.
It comes with a set of rubber caps for the shifter, and is held in place by set screws. I did find that because of the design of the Mini Shifter, I couldn\'t get the knob quite as low as it would go (but only by a few mm).
Because of the use of set-screw in a stem, as opposed to the plastic lock in the stock knob, the Momo is higher than stock by somewhere around an inch.
The price was the lowest I\'ve found for solid metal shift knobs for the Mini. I wish it replicated the \"snap-on\" feature of the stock knob, so it would retain the stock height.
The improvement in feel is very noticable, but not of the magnatude that others with solid knobs have claimed. This may be because Al is less dense, or I haven\'t done a short shift kit yet. I have no clue!
Overall, a very nice mod that improves the feel of shifting.
