in Pittsburgh, PA combines our showroom, parts warehousing, sales offices, and installation center. The ESE Tuning staff encompasses our in-house Engineering Software Development Technician, Webmaster, European Dealer Trained Technician and skilled Technical Sales Staff.

is done in-house, with our own software development and web department this way you have someone always there to answer your questions. We'll tell you excatly what we're going to ship you and follow-up with automated order confirmations and shipment tracking numbers. And all of our products are backed 100% by the manufacturer and ESE guarantees. We want you to be completely satisified with your online experience.
ESE SERVICE DEPARTMENT:
Service Hours are by appointment.
Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm, Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Monday and Thursday Evening until 8:30pm
ESE can pick up your car for Service or Installation work. Our Service includes: Suspension tuning and installation, pre-purchase inspections, engine conversions, engine performance upgrades, big brake and scheduled maintenace to name a few.

to sales and service to the European Automotive Group. Our trained European Technician has over 10 years of experience in the automotive performance service industry. Our sales staff is knowledgeable and service orientated to provide you with information on every part we sell.

OUR STAFF and OWNERS...
only drive Audi, BMW, Mini and VW cars so we can provide you with knowledgeable product information and performance characteristics of all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket performance products that we sell, service and install because we use and test all the products on our own personal cars and racecars.
SPECIAL PROJECTS - (Winter Projects):
We have a limit of special projects that we do over the winter for our customers, so if your thinking of that Special Project, Now is the time to sit down with one of our owners and discuss your plans for your project.
Special Projects include: Complete Engine Builds, Engine Swaps and drive train swaps. Turbo and Supercharger, Big Brake Kits, Suspension and more. Come in sit down or give us a call and talk to one of the owners about special projects today. We can give you a written estimate of labor and parts excepted.

I have had multiple visits to have parts ordered/installed, both expensive and inexpensive, simple and complex. All installations have gone like clockwork. Brian and Hoagie have stayed late to get my car after work and even drove it to the Mini dealer afterward to get the leather repaired. Emails are answered right away (even at 10 PM).
These are some of the most honest and straight-forward guys I know. A true asset to the Mini community.
