I'm a person who doesn't mind paying a bit more than bargain basement prices if I get a good selection, solidcustomer service and a dependable transaction that makes me feel that I'll have vendor support. I also try to shop in places that support their community... businesses that see the customer relationship as a long term venture, not something that is closed as soon as they have my cash in their pockets. Using all of these criteria, Outmotoring is one of my favorite MINI vendors.
I've ordered from Outmotoring at least 4 or 5 times over the past 2.5 years. The first time it was because they were the only place I could find a particular part. When it arrived, there was a problem with the part. Aaron not only apoligized but also said "What can I do to make this right for you?" I was surprised not to get pushed through a standard return process. He wound up shipping new parts to me via 2day FedEx, at his considerable expense, so that my original plans would not be impacted.
I frequently post links to the Outmotoring website when people ask questions about what parts to buy. I do so because I feel confident that Aaron will take good care of them and that I won't regret suggesting his service.
Outmotoring doesn't have the cheapest prices out there, but you get what you pay for. In this case, you get quality parts and good service from a vendor that supports the MINI community. IMHO, the few extra bucks I pay are well worth it to shop with Aaron.

I purchased a belt tensioner tool and the upper and lower grills for my Mini s from Aaron. It was my first time buying from him and it won't be the last. The parts came really fast to my door and the box was tightly sealed leaving any doubt that the contents could be damaged. When i made the purchase, i ordered 2 belt tools instead of one. When i realize this a day later, i called Aaron and he changed my order right away.All and all, he is awesome to deal with and very supportive.

Aaron is a super guy, he's the only vendor that had or could get the product i wanted (vent gauge adapters),he was out at the time of my order but had them in 2 days,problem was i needed them in my hands in 2 days,so what did Aaron do, he 2nd dayed them to me at ground charges!To me that was service! Next time i need anything for my Mini i won't hesitate to look to Outmotoring first.Great vendor,great service and a nice guy!

I'm not reviewing a product but the vendor,Aaron is a super guy to deal with.Not only was he the only vendor that had or could get the part i was looking for,he went out of his way and at his expense to get the part to me.He shipped my parts to me Ups 2nd day at ground price because after i ordered i realized i needed the parts in 2 days for an installation appointment.The next time i need anything for my Mini i'll look to Outmotoring first.Great vendor,great service and a nice guy.

I have spent a lot of money with Outmotoring for my Mini, and will only continue to purchase through them. I have never dealt with such a great after market parts company before. I had a problem with my newly purchased Borla Race Exhaust, and they did not hesitate to help me out with it and get me a new set of tips. Quick response on emails and phone calls, and always willing to take the time to lend advice and experience. They will undoubtedly get more of my business, and I will continue to recommend them to all of my motoring buddies. Thanks a ton Aaron.

Outmotoring is by far the best aftermarket supplier I've ever dealt with. Aaron and Andrea sincerly care that what you buy from them is the highest quality and meets your needs. Other than tires and wheels, every mod on my MINI has come from Aaron. They're the best!

I ordered several hundred dollars of parts through them and they were very good about getting them to me as quick as they could. Had a problem with an Alta intake that was back ordered and they did what they could to help me out with it. Did order a belt for a 17% pulley and was sent one identical to stock. Overall good experience with them...

These guys are fantastic. You can always evaluate the quality of a company's customer service when you have problems or other questions. I can always reach someone on the phone or by email. I placed an order for an item and was shipped the wrong version. Aaron quickly corrected the issue. He also helped me with finding more technical information on my product. Really a great company. You can't possibly get better customer service than this.
