The TSW KW systems are NOT like any other KW system you will find at any other dealer. They are custom built as a private label for TSW.
The standard KW systems use non-racing Progressive rate springs.
TSW KW V2 and V3 use the Premium Racing Linear Springs with custom lengths.
TSW V1 uses the standard KW Springs for our Low Rider (ride height adjust only) customers.
The standard KW system valving and springs are not tuned to the MINI. It’s off the shelf parts.
TSW KW V2 and V3 struts have adjustable custom valving to match the needs of a MINI drivers looking for the best of both worlds on the street, in the cones and at the Track.
TSW KW V1 comes with custom valving found to work well for Low Riders.

The Variant 1 coil-over system has ride height adjustment only with custom fixed dampening for TSW MINI enthusiasts who want to lower their ride and increase handling performance at a reasonable price.
KW Variant 1 Coil-over System for all MINI Coopers is custom made for TSW and was track tested with the help of the KW support team. It uses the front OEM upper spring perch and also mates up perfectly with any camber plate system. Like all KW coil-over systems the strut bodies are all stainless steel with stunning eye appeal. Don’t forget to order a set of TSW Lower Rear Control Arms to allow you to dial in the rear camber after lowering your MINI.
The V2 is our most popular system for daily drivers looking for daily comfort and track performance. The Variant 2 coil-over system includes ride height adjustment with single dampening and rebound adjustment for those MINI enthusiasts who want to lower their ride and dramatically increase handling performance for spirited driving, auto-cross and track. Many customers lower the springs a little and set the damper softer for daily driving, then ramp up the damper to meet the needs of AutoX or Track. TSW provides recommended settings.
KW Variant 2 Coil-over System for all MINI Coopers. This system is custom made for TSW and was track tested with the help of the KW support team. It comes complete with 60mm springs and perches tuned specifically for the MINI that work with any aftermarket camber plate system. Like all KW coil-over systems the strut bodies are all stainless steel with stunning eye appeal. Don’t forget to order a set of TSW Lower Rear Control Arms to allow you to dial in the rear camber after lowering your MINI.
The Variant 3 coil-over system includes ride height adjustment with separate dampening and rebound adjustment (DA) for those MINI enthusiasts who want to lower their ride and dramatically increase handling performance for hard core auto-cross and track. Great system for Track Monsters and drivers living on the Dragon
