Description:
This pulley is a two piece design that eliminates the need to press on and is self centering. No alignment tools are required. All stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance and allows for even expansion and contraction of pulley.
Installation involves lifting engine, removing stock pulley with a puller and sliding the new ALTA Performance pulley directly onto the supercharger shaft. There is no reason to remove entire supercharger and press off and on a pulley.

Purchased at August 2004 Pulley Party in Connecticut from Webb Motorsports.
Randy Webb is the man! Even if you don\'t get this done, go to a pulley party and watch this guy in action.He really could charge admission for this show.LOVE the pulley,had the CAI and IK22 plugs put in at the same time.Still grinning like a mad fool 4 months later.Dyno\'d @ 189.Hp!(no chip upgrade.My wife says Zane Grey will do zero to the police station in 6 seconds!)

Webbmotorsports pulley Party in Sept was where I finally got this thing installed. Get it done by at a pulley party, you\'ll have fun, see a lot of other Mini\'s, have the technical stuff about how the Mini works explained and enjoy personal service!!

complicated installation
I bought this from Randy at Webb Motorsports. He matched the prices on another site. Since the installation is complicated, I had this done at A&E Performance in Campel, CA. This added another $315 for the labor and a new belt (my car had ~48k miles on it when I did the installation).
The pully does add more power down low. I haven\'t tracked the car yet, so I\'m not sure of the add up top, but it should be good too. I already have the HAI, One-Ball, Denso Iridiums and an MTH tune, so I was really ready and this was the next natural step. With the HAI, there is more SC whine, but this isn\'t really a bad thing.
The only thing that keeps this from being a 10 is the installation.

I just got my 15 % pulley installed on 1/6/06. I took the MINI on a run the next day without any problems. I got it done at A&E Performance for $502 out the door.
