The Moss Mini front license plate mount is well-designed. It holds the plate parallel to the bumper, and you have three choices of height for the mount. The plate mounts into the tow-loop hole.
The license plate attaches to a strong steel plate, which should resist damage from car washes or high-speed wind pressure. The plate is tapped for mounting screws, so no need to have nuts sticking out the back and scratching the bumper.
The mounting plate is a LOT stronger than the flimsy Gominigo version. It is formed and welded powder-coated steel plate, and supports all four corners, rather than thin stainless straps like an erector set. It appears to be designed and made specifically for the 1st-gen MINI, rather than a generic fits-all do-it-yourself universal-BMW piece.
Unlike the Gominigo version, the plate stays closer to the bumper and has no protruding no nuts and bolts to dent the license plate from the back or scratch the bumper.
IMHO this Moss Mini version is lots sturdier, less visible, and a much better buy for the same price.
