Ordered several items. Each came separately over time. Simple valve caps (Union Jack) took over a month and I ended up canceling the order.
Side Note: Order did arrive after posting. I give credit to vendor, but will not order parts that they do not have in stock or outsource. (Moved up their rating from 1 to 4)

Customer Service disaster
I really wanted the nice "big circle" Canadian rubber floor mats. I called on 9/3/08 to ask if there would be any problem getting them by the time I leave on a road trip for Petit Le Mans on 9/30 (where I'll likely face rain showers in the Georgia red clay at Road Atlanta). I was assured that would be enough time.
I got one email saying I would be provided a tracking number when it shipped. Nothing. I sent emails and left phone messages, all unanswered. Finally, on 9/18 I get a response to say the order was forwarded to the wrong warehouse (and given a detail link that gives me a HTTP Not Found error). I was promised the order would ship in the next 48 hours. I asked for a tracking number. The next week I still heard nothing. More email unanswered. The email address listed in my Paypal payment (sales@bimmian.com) bounces email as undeliverable.
Finally, I called sales on 9/24 & they offered to investigate a way to get the shipment sent for delivery on time (i.e. by 9/30). At this point I had zero confidence and canceled the order. They did issue an immediate refund.
I have ordered previously from Bimmian/Coopersport but after this experience I will not order from them again.

Ordered from coopersports.ca and received the goods 2 days later. It doesn't get any better than this! Products were as stated, some were even BMW OEM products and I am pleased with the quality of the straps for the back seats. Thanks!
