Pros:	Excellent quality, and customer service.
Cons:	Slow as molasses

Ordered A panels and 3D domed center stack, quality is excellent, Hannah's customer service was great. They were slow, but got the job done and shipping was quick, well worth the wait. Great overall experience.

Pros:	Great Customer Service, Great at what they do, Relatable people
Cons:	They arent based in NC ;-)

Mike made me a Dark Silver Union JAck for the roof of my car and it is top quality. He installed it for me at MOTD 2008 and he even matched the lower price of my dealer here in NC. I would totally reccomend his products. In addition he was an absolute joy to work with.

Pros:	excellent artistry and workmanship,worth every penny
Cons:	poor customer service,terrible communication skills

I made an order in Nov 08.It came in quickly with 1 piece incorrect.A chrome center stack instead of (the as ordered)black and white checkerboard.This item was on sale as they were seconds/mistakes.I called the owner and he,quite annoyed with me,said "well send it back."I wasn't going to send a $5 item back as it would cost more then that to send it.I made another order on 19Dec08 for $80 worth of merchandise.On 27Jan09(6 wks,their advertisement says 3-5 wks)I called Mike(the owner I assume)and asked him about my order and when I could expect delivery?He told me that they hadn't gotten around to it yet as they had had a large wholesale order to complete first.I told him that that was OK and when could I expect my order.He wouldn't answer me.I said"Is 2 wks OK ?If nothing arrives in 2 wks then I'll call you ."Well,now it's 13Feb09,into the 9th week and no merchandise.I'm disappointed in them.

Quick turn-around on orders. Had a bad vinyl sticker. They responded within a day or so with a refund and new sticker. I went ahead and paid them for it, anyway, but they were going to give it to me. Now, it was only a $2 sticker, but still, this kind of customer focus is surely nice.

On April 6th 2010 I sent $135.00 through PayPal to Aesthetic Creations for them to make a custom graphic. The original agreement was $85.00 for the set up and $50.00 for the product to be delivered in person at the Dragon on or about April 28. When I met Michael Syfritt in person and asked for the product he stated he for got that part of the agreement but would get it done and send them to me the following week. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited until the end of the following week in fact I didn't bother him until May 15th then I emailed Mike again and he asked for the invoice from PayPal then stated he would get them done the following week. As of now he is ignoring all my emails and attempts to collect the product or the refund of my $135.00 I want my money back as this process has gone on for 2 months and counting. I feel I have been ripped off and want of product from this company.

Pros:	Looks great, good fit, clear instructions
Cons:	Slow delivery (but was warned about it)

Ordered the black molded door handle and badge covers on May 19th, and received them on June 22nd. Not exactly three weeks, as estimated, but close enough. Test fitting showed that just a sliver of chrome was visible on the handles, so I used the supplied black vinyl "sin hider". No chrome shows around the badges. Still not sure if I'll use the decals ... the badge covers look great as is. No scratches in any of the plastic ... each piece was nicely bubble-wrapped for shipping. Faster delivery would get them a '10'.

Pros:	Got my money back.
Cons:	After waiting two months, they never shipped my product.

I'm happy with the center stack, interior door handle stickers, and visor stickers, but they never sent my main product.

I waited two months through a hot summer for a sun roof graphic which never came. Meanwhile, while they sat on my money,they filled dozens of orders at local shows.

Paypal does not allow you to file a grievance or dispute a transaction after 45 days. In other words, if you haven't received what you paid for within 45 days, your money might be gone forever and you have no recourse.

So 42 days after I placed my order and hadn't received it, I sent Mike an email to follow up and let him know that I was going to file a Paypal dispute in order to reserve my rights if I didn't hear from him. I explained that I wasn't in a rush, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the roof graphic, but I was just trying to comply with Paypal's policy. He called me, said he'd been busy, I was number 10 in line, and he'd ship my graphic within a week. His wife Hannah sent an email, explained they were on vacation, and promised to ship within a week.

More than two weeks later, when I wrote to politely follow up on their promises, they cancelled my order without notice. When I wrote to ask what happened, Hannah wrote back, "I did close the dispute this morning. It has been awhile and Mike is at an event this week. In the future if you would like to order from us please make sure with Mike that he will be able to ship it within 2 weeks prior to the order." Ya right. After being strung along like that all summer I'm going to order there again?

Nope.
