Pros:
killer performance
Cons:
expensive and install is above DIY
The RMW head is the single most tangible upgrade you can buy for your car after swapping the supercharger pulley. Yes, install is involved, no it ain't cheap. The good stuff never is.

Pros:
Turns your car into an animal, accept no substutes.
Cons:
It's pricey, but you get what you pay for. Also it's a fairly difficult install.
I had thought my Mini was quick before the head and now it's a beast. The head is just plain awesome. There are only two down sides to it, first the price which is high when compared to other mods, but again, you really get what you pay for. And the second, the install is not the easiest thing to do. However that being said, the pro's far outweigh the con's. I have no problem recommending this head to anyone.

Pros:
Performance delivery and future potential
Cons:
Install Complexity/Time, price
The immediate gain is significant, and this head will allow further/future performance upgrades. A shop will likely charge 20hrs+ of labor as this is a big job. It is not cheap and the install is not simple, but it pays you back every time you push the pedal.
