The street intake opens up the intake and allow the engine to take in as much air as possible, increasing power, providing better throttle response and faster turbo spool. The Street intake was designed to be a two stage system, as a standalone intake or working with the Ram Air Scoop which feeds high pressure ambient air to the filter, further increasing throttle response and power from the engine. The filter allows the sound of the turbo spooling up and the blow off noise of the bypass valve to be heard during shifting.
We have installed this on several customers cars and they have really enjoyed the benefits this intake has brought to their R56.

Pros:
Excelletn contructions, great sound.
Cons:
I had the street CAI installed at AMVIV in April. Easy install and and no CELs. K&N Filter element, well thought out product with excellent construction. My R56 spools up much faster and I love the sound of this CAI.

I have had my DDM street intake for a little over a month now...AWESOME product... puchased from www.waymotorworks.com If you want to hear that turbo spool nice a loud, with the punch of air from the blow off valve...DDM is you the obviouse, and def. through Way...I cant tell you how sexy it makes the car sound, but driving through the local dealship, customers have heard it and immediatly said, "Sold" to the salesmen....Thumbs Up from a more than satisfied customer!

Pros:
Sounds great. Good price compared to competition.
Cons:
Would be nice if it was compatible with an AEM Dryflow filter.
I purchased this intake from Way Motor Works and Way installed it two days ago. I love the way the car sounds now. It's not obnoxiously loud, I can hear the turbo, and it gives the car some more of the character the engine noise has been missing.

Pros:
Performance and sound
Cons:
I installed this intake a month ago and really love the sound. I noticed a huge difference between the stock intake and the DDM from Way Motor Works. The sound is just incredible. Engine response is night and day. Even my wife likes it. The only downside for those that really care about gas mileage, I seemed to lose 2mpg... OH WELL. 25mpg is still great when you drive 100 everywhere. Great product!!
