Way Motor Works installed this at the 2008 MOTD. The difference in how the car ran was immediately noticeable -- like a new car. Lots more power with instantaneous response. I've looked at a lot of pulleys and this one stood out in terms of the design and quality.
Way did a great job with the install of a great product - Highly recommended!!

This was the first mod Way did to my R53, and he's been the only person to work on the car since. A supercharger reduction pulley is the de facto mod to make for the R53, and Way is the de facto guy to do it

Way installed this pulley for me as one of my first Mods on my MINI late one night after normal business hours at his shop and I have been more than happy with it. Waylon goes out of his way to make his customers happy and works when its convienent to your schedule! If you do no other Mod to your MINI, do this one, and let Way Motor Works do it. You wont be disappointed!

I had been told by another vendor that it would take a day to install a pulley. I had looked at other brands. I went on to see Way and was out in about 1.5 hours and he would have been quicker if I had not kept him talking the entire time. the pulley is great, well made and designed for easy install and flawless function.
Buy one now.

I had Way from Way Motor Works install a 15% pully on my 2005 MINI during a Mod Party in January and it is great. The pully is great quality and the install was very professional and quick.
I am only sorry that I did not do this sooner. If you want to enhance your supperchargers performance and add power to your MINI I would highly recommend a pully and Way Motor Works.

Way had been on me to put a pulley on my 2006 MCS since it was out of warranty (as I am freaky about modding while in warranty). I had gone down to his shop in Atlanta and had some work done and once again he was going on about the pulley. I finally said ok, just do it! OMG, why did I wait so long!!!
Way is a top notch guy and MINI mechanic. I would recommend him to anyone.

WMW convinced me to have a pulley kit installed at MOTD this year. Immediately, the throttle response and power increase throughout the rev band was noticeable. For the first few days, the car really surprised me with the pulling power it had at nearly every RPM - this is what the MINI should have been from the factory! Cooler plugs, shorter belt, and tensioner stop are nice insurance to make sure this mod continues to satisfy... and it does!

This is a GREAT product by the very reputable and knowledgeable Way from WMW! I got the 15% pulley as part of Way's pulley package. The power gain is amazing, and is the very best bang-for-the-buck modification out there. The installation took a couple of hours, and was very straight forward. No issues with this great project!

Way Motor Works installed a pulley on my 06 MINI Cooper S a few months ago and since then my driving experience has been enhanced tremendously. I already loved the agility of my MINI before the pulley was installed, but now it flies. I was very happy with the excellent service I received at WMW. I would strongly recommend this mod to R53 MINI Cooper S owners!

I highly recommend Way and his pulley package. I had him install the 17% pulley on my MCSA and it is quicker for sure. I drove it after the install and then again after the "tune" and it is even quicker! Definitely worth the time and money to get WAY more fun out of this carrrr!!!! Get you one!

Great product. Nicely machined, install was straight forward. I wish I would've installed it sooner, instead of at 41K.
