I ordered the JCW exhaust from Morristown's site and confirmed via email I'd pick it up. I ended having to go out of town for a funeral and had to delay. Once I got back, I ended up having to go out of town for business for an extended trip - I called to ask them to credit me back and that I'd reorder once I was able to to make the trip up from VA. I was told I'd be charged a 15% restock fee for a return, per their website.

Wow. :-( Hard to believe they'd insist on this since I never even picked it up (and planned to be a customer still), so it was impossible to 'return'. I tried to discuss this with the parts manager and he was having none of it. Luckily, my CC company agreed and credited the charge and I'll be sure not to spend money with them again.

i got great service from them. i needed a rocker panel and i ordered it. two days later i thought man i could use some touch up paint. So i gave them a call and added it to the order, i got BRG and Artic white and they only charged me for the product free shipping on those. i got the lowest price on the parts and the shipping was surprisingly fast.

Pros:	Friendly Service, Better pricing then local dealer.
Cons:	Wish they where in my area.

I bought a OEM gauge (R-53 Pods) from them and love the service. They walk me through when I was trying to figure out the PDF instruction and was very helpful over the phone.

Frankly, I was surprised, given my experiences with Morristown that PGT had such a negative one.

I'd like to think Morristown had some reason beyond just stubbornness on this one. While I cannot say I never had any sort of disagreement or issue, my impressions of them are about as favorable as you can get when you're speaking about an auto dealer.

I purchased my Mini at this dealer, so my interactions with them may be a bit different than someone who has only dealt with them over the Internet. While I have used their Internet pricing too, I tend to speak with them by phone anytime I really need to drill down into an issue. I also can count on them to work closely with me on the price of whatever it is I am doing; I have found them to be pretty fair in this respect.

For those of you who live in the area and might use this dealer for service, they are smaller than Prestige in Mahwah, but they do have a couple of excellent mechanics who will give you the straight story on what to do and what not to do and can probably install anything you might acquire on the after-market and cannot do or choose not to do yourself. The fellow who runs the service department on the inside is Ervin (some call him Irving; I am not positive which is correct); he is the man to talk to about any sort of service or parts install. The service department manager is Fred and he is about as accommodating as they come. All in all, as I said I have no serious complaints and much to recommend.
