Description: After months of rigorous development, Evotech's latest software programs are ready to help you unleash the full potential of your stock or modified MINI Cooper S. Evotech purchased a single MINI Cooper S as a test bed to develop "modification specific” ECU chip programming that you can now use for your MINI. Through the hard work of Evotech's engineers and programmers, your Mini Cooper S can have an ECU that is specifically tailored to work with all of the performance upgrades you've made.



The Evotech MINI Cooper S ECU Chip upgrade shifts the focus towards performance by re-mapping the software and increasing the sampling rate without sacrificing reliability. When developing the re-mapped ECU, great lengths were taken to ensure accurate repeatable dyno results. Evotech's MINI Cooper S ECU saw months of hardcore development on the racetrack, street and the dyno to ensure both reliability and repeatable performance.



Evotech's software was developed using a single dyno and the same MINI Cooper S so that gains in power could be tracked consistently throughout testing. Evotech does this so that variables can't muddy the programming equation skewing the performance test results. In so doing, Evotech has developed a comprehensive range of software to meet your current and future modification needs.

im sorry, but how are you going to charge $75-$150 more on top of a already high priced flash b/c of the stage of the tune. it was that much harder for them to punch the keys to load different maps already programmed in there comp to copy to your ecu. smh.

Pros: Get to be part of Evotech fan club.
Cons: Doesn't produce the power it claims

If you do your research you will see Evotech tuned cars don't produce the power the vendor claims. In some cases the power are even less than stock ECU. Evotech vendor always have a "good" excuse why power isn't there.

Buyer beware.

Pros: hey it works!!!
Cons: not the cheapest but not the shitiest

I read all the complaint before buying this product and I do believe there may have been some failures with this product instalation, but to say the product itself doesnt work is a big fat LIE!
I had my car dyno'd right after the instalation and saw the results for myself.
real results, more power, and great drivability. I couldnt ask for anything more.
I didnt know I was getting a fan club membership with this product, [thanks pure13] but why wouldnt I be a fan of a product that makes my mini even better.
Normaly I dont write reviews but the controversy surounding this product and the fact that it actualy works motivated me to share.
there are alot of ecu upgrades available for the mini and I cant speak for any of them but I can say without a doubt that I am happy with mine.
