Pros:
Better throttle response, GREAT sound!
Cons:
Purchased this item from Way Motor Works (www.waymotorworks.com) and I'm 110% satisfied with the purchase. Way installed it for me at MOTD and I had a smile on my face the whole weekend. Way knows his stuff and the CAI is definitely worth the money.

Bought the DDM Cooper Intake from Way Motor Works. Quick delivery. I downloaded the installation instructions from the DDM site. The install was easy (except for pulling out the OEM resonance box - used a good pry bar). The sound is great - even my wife likes it (its her MC Cabrio). Went "top down motoring" this weekend up and down the Blue Ridge and Skyline Drive. Went on lots of Virginia backroads with twisties and had a blast. Not only did we seem to have more power, but the sound helped my wife shift better (make better decisions). Oh yea, and we did 295 miles on 7.3 gallons (more down hills than up?). If you have an MC, this is a great upgrade!
