At Safety Devices we produce a vast range of competition and road use roll-cages for most popular makes and models, many of which are certificated for National and International events. Our cages designed using the industry standard Solid Works CAD package and are jig-built using advanced techniques such as computerised bending and plasma cutting. All welding is carried out to the exacting standards of the TWI (Cambridge based Welding Institute). Apart from ensuring the functionality of the cage, we make strenuous effort to produce a cage that is also aesthetically pleasing rather than a collection of tubes (scaffolding effect). To blend the cage with the body, especially with open top cars and external 4x4 cages often requires special forming tools to be made. These are produced by our in-house tool room facility.
