The site has lots of photos, really helps when you are not sure of the actual name of the product, but have an idea. The prices are cheaper on the OEM parts I have looked at versus MINI. And you get your order in a fast maner. I received my order in only two days. Then Received a 10% off coupon a few days later. Nothing negative that I can really see past I dont like having shipping fees.

I recently purchased a new dipstick for my Mini, but I ordered the wrong one! Knowing full well it was 100% my fault, I called them and asked if I could exchange it for the one I needed. They said absolutely, and all I had to do was write my customer number on the box. I mailed it back, and a week later I had my new dipstick in the mail. They didn't even charge me to ship it back! They didn't have to be so generous because it was my fault, but they were, and I appreciate that. Thanks guys!
