Craven Speed has been a very good company to work with. I've purchased a few items they produce and overall I am quite happy with the quality and functionality.
I've had a few very minor issues that have been taken care of right away. They are open to suggestions on how make the their products better. I would recommend doing business with Craven Speed.

Pros:
Responsive on phone, courteous, non-patronizing

My only experience with them thus far has been with my purchase of their shift-well plate (also reviewed on NAM), direct from them.
Shipping was on time and with no issues, and the only problems stemmed with the product itself. After getting in contact with Kellen (and shipped back), it was found that the product itself, as well as possibly a batch, was defective. He was more than courteous with the whole process, and at no time did he come across as someone who doubted that the product could have been incorrectly made; if he thought it, it didn't come across. Getting a new product to me in short order was limited by production run time constraints, but after that, I had a new one in two days; no shipping issues again, and the install went great. I was sure to give him/them a feedback call after everything was said and done, and had another great conversation with him.
Great company from what I can tell, very courteous personnel, easy ordering...if I find any other products they produce that I'd like, I'll be sure to order from them directly and not through an intermediary.

Smart responsive company. Their short shifter is a huge improvement over the sloppy stock version. They don't build stuff that you don't need.
