Pros: Responsive to customer needs
Cons:

Craven Speed has been a very good company to work with. I've purchased a few items they produce and overall I am quite happy with the quality and functionality.

I've had a few very minor issues that have been taken care of right away. They are open to suggestions on how make the their products better. I would recommend doing business with Craven Speed.

Pros: Responsive on phone, courteous, non-patronizing
Cons:

My only experience with them thus far has been with my purchase of their shift-well plate (also reviewed on NAM), direct from them.

Shipping was on time and with no issues, and the only problems stemmed with the product itself. After getting in contact with Kellen (and shipped back), it was found that the product itself, as well as possibly a batch, was defective. He was more than courteous with the whole process, and at no time did he come across as someone who doubted that the product could have been incorrectly made; if he thought it, it didn't come across. Getting a new product to me in short order was limited by production run time constraints, but after that, I had a new one in two days; no shipping issues again, and the install went great. I was sure to give him/them a feedback call after everything was said and done, and had another great conversation with him.

Great company from what I can tell, very courteous personnel, easy ordering...if I find any other products they produce that I'd like, I'll be sure to order from them directly and not through an intermediary.

Pros: The products do what was promised.
Cons: None.

Smart responsive company. Their short shifter is a huge improvement over the sloppy stock version. They don't build stuff that you don't need.

Purchased my flex pod, gauge cup and shift well cover from Kellen. I will be back to order more! Awesome quality products!

Pros: Great product, great price, great company
Cons: None

Ordered the Bullett Antenna on May 2nd, it shipped on May 3rd and I received it a few days later. Plus, when Kellen put up his new web site, I received a $5 credit for being a customer. I'm looking for an opportunity to spend it, and do more business with a great company! Extremely pleased!

I bought a pulley and a puller from these guys. The products were of the highest quality and the service was great

Pros: Cold air intake & shift well cover
Cons: None, zero, zilch, nada

Purchased cold air intake and box directly from Kellen. Actually it was the one off of his car because they were out of stock at the time and I was going to Portland, OR to get some new toys added to my 06 MCS by Portland Autohaus owner Brandon (another top class individual). Well Kellen provided me with his used unit at a discounted price. I just installed it and added a direct air feed intake into the closed box, by punching out the knock out hole. I feel this is an improved set-up over my previous K&N Typhoon CAI. Anyway a score of ten is an understatement, oh almost forgot the Craven shift well cover...it looks great, much better than the 'shifter-in-the-bag OEM setup!

Pros: excellent customer service, fast shipping
Cons:

Very positive experience in dealing with Craven Speed. GPS mounting kit is simple yet well made and packaged. I had submitted some feedback to them about a minor issue I was having with their site at checkout (probably wasn't their fault but my Win 7x64 browser which seems buggy) and was pleasantly surprised to get a personal and detailed reply. I think they are another example of an excellent Mini vendor that truly cares about customer service.
