I'll give you the PU ad copy in a moment, so you can see just how wonderful these tuner lugs sound, "if" you were to listen to the company that sells them, Palo Uber. I would say the company that "manufactures" them, but I can't know they actually do that and I now tend to dismiss all claims that PU makes about their products after months of experience in struggling with this particular vendor.
By the way, I do have a product of theirs that I am happy with, so don't knee-jerk me as a PU basher, just for the sake of it; I have been on both sides of the great PU debate. I reviewed the PU CF scoop here too, positively, but I have largely been turned off to all things PU by most of what I have experienced personally and have seen posted by others.
The bottom line is that if I had it to do over again, knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy these PU tuner lugs again. I might not buy anything else from PU again ever without several NAMers raving about it first on here.
For all of the sordid details on these tuner lugs and my trials and tribulations on account of them with PU, just go visit this thread:
The short version though is that I have had two sets of these lugs; the first set was replaced as defective due to a rusting problem with all 16 lugs and the replacement set promptly rusted too. This has happened to quite a few folks based on the posts that were made and the excuses range from "these all came from a bad batch" to the negligence of the owners who put them on their cars, as many were blindly accused of using air tools. The various negative comments on NAM about these PU tuner lugs were so bad that PU placed a vendor advertisement to clear the air and reputation. I don't know that it worked; here it is:
An absolute must have for aggressive street performance and track use. Know without question the EXACT torque for each lug resulting in perfect wheel to hub pressure and true symmetry. Lugs are through hardened blue steel and come with Uber lug key. The Uber key pattern makes your rims almost theft proof. We suggest replacing your irregular lugs with the Uber tuner lug for the added technology and peace of mind.
Set of 16 Uber Tuner Lugs and Uber lug key. Lugs are available in Anodized black or chrome. 12m x 1.50 Rated 10.3 extremely high performance Overall length is same as OEM (.98in.)

Pros:
They require a key, so they add a measure of security.
Cons:
Rusted on me TWICE! They are expensive! The vendor was a pain!
I wrote the original product review, so please just refer to that one. The purpose of this review is that in this format I get to give it a numerical rating too.
