I installed the helix rear control arms about 7 months ago, and drive them on the street and haved autocrossed them a few times. I installed one pair on the bottom only, and used some waterproof brake grease on the inside and out of the spacers that they provide with the arms, and also a thin smear over the heim joints to prevent crud from corroding the bearing surface. The first thing i noticed after the install was a tremendous increase in body lean on the back end, and i also lost some steering response/turn in, no doubt caused by increased grip on the rear end. They made no more noise that stock, and i don't have a back seat, so if they made any, i should hear it before someone who runs with the back seat in and up. Overall, i would certainly recommend installing a set, but depending on your use, might shy away from heim joint unless you have a rear sway bar installed. I put one in a week later, and the response all came back and the control is amazing. Lift induced over steer is extremely easy to control with these arms installed. Ride also did not change, no increase in harshness at all, and as i said, no increase in noise at all. I plan on installing the upper set soon.
