Bought some Prima product from Heather, and she has helped with advice on claying, not to mention tried for 30 minutes to help a touch-up spot on my car that the previous owner so graciously bestowed upon Wallace.

I have made multiple purchases from Detailers Paradise, by 1st of which was solely due to their great customer service. I didn't have any idea what I was doing when it came to washing cars. So I shot Heather an email and she quickly replied answering all of my questions and recommended multiple products while shying me away from others because I wouldn't need them. My most recent order was made by phone, again Heather was quick to help and shipped out my order the same day. Great products, great prices, and even better customer service, what more could one ask for.

My products arrived and I had a crack in the bottom of one bottle. I asked for a new empty bottle to be added to one back-ordered buffing pad. When the pad arrived a "full" bottle of product was found. No THAT is customer service!!!! Thanks, Speedwing

After reading the Detailing Forum with all the "how to" advice from Heather at Detailers Paradise(and asking a few questions myself), I finally ordered a car car bundle. The bundle arrived very quickly and had everything I needed for a thorough detailing session.
I am extremely happy with the products and I love the way they make my MINI look.
