BMW Mini Cooper 'S', Larini 'Club Sport' System:
** Where as our 'Sports' System is a 'Gentleman's Sports Exhaust', our 'Club Sport' system is lighter and louder. ‘Club Sport’ pipework diameter size is increased for optimal flow, which does raise volume levels, but sounds AWESOME! Our clever design ensures that with increasing revs the tone, note, and pitch also improve. Decrease throttle opening, and volume levels reduce. Our system does have more volume than the original but it is not offensive, simply offering one of the most satisfying ‘tuned’ exhaust notes. Our free-flow box internals allow torque and power gains while maintaining driveability: - - A Stainless Steel 'fast road' use sports exhaust system, from the ‘cat’ back. - Engineered for greater flow efficiency using 2 1/2 inch diameter pipe work, and internal ‘straight-through’ silencer pipe work. - Produces the beautiful, authentic Larini 'Note' under acceleration when 'pressing on', yet perfectly practical for everyday use. - An additional Larini mid-resonator may be added if an aftermarket supercharger pulley wheel or sports manifold is fitted later. - Smaller, angled rear boxes improve weight distribution at the rear of the car over the OE exhaust. - Offers better quality sound across the rev range. - Offers improved low/mid-range Torque. - Offers much sharper throttle response. - 6-8% bhp power gain. - Perfectly practical for everyday use. - Does not vibrate or produce excessive volume at idle or cruising speeds. - Dubbed, ' The Tuner's Sports Exhaust ’. - Constructed using aircraft grade T.304 Austenitic stainless steel. - Precision engineered for accurate fit. - Requires no special procedures to fit, unique rear brackets keep original rear mounts for easy fit. - Features highly polished box casings, offering a 'chromium' type finish, for improved aesthetics. - Sateen polished and lime chalk-waxed pipework. - Features Mandrel bent pipe-work allowing a constant internal diameter, maintaining a smooth, constant gas flow. - Precision, laser cut, stainless steel mounting flanges and brackets, for easy fit and removal. - Features 3” twin slash cut ‘Mirror’ Polished Tailpipes. - Supported by the Larini Systems Lifetime Warranty.
