Fun, informative, ultimate car gadget
Cons:
cigarette plug doesn't work on MINI
This is the ultimate car enthusiast gadget.
Modding your car? monitor your performance gains as you go.
Spending time on the track or autocrossing - just like formula 1 cars you can capture 20-30 minutes of run time, upload the data to your PC and analize what was going on in your car.
Its just plain COOL but you will learn as you play from this gadget.

Pros:
Really good at gauging the REAL benefit of mods.
Cons:
Have to wire some stuff, cig plug doesn't work for RPMs
I've had one for a while, and really like it. I've only used the HP features, and haven't really dived into the road course features yet, but it's well worth the money. If you take the time to wire it right so the RPM features work, then it also can act as a shift light! I paid around $260 or so, from a web distributor... Streetrays.com I think... It's been so long, that I don't really remember. If you mod your car, and don't want to keep going to the dyno, get this, it's real cool!
