i would like to ask is it louder than a miltek exhaust system? i have the jan header already installed and looking for the rest of the exhaust system!
thanks
If you are buying them for lowering and racing, I guess they are maybe what you want. But they destroy your ride and comfort. Do not believe the TSW Website, that they ride as good as stock with stock struts. That is completely untrue! You'll be amazed at what people will say to sell you anything!

I've gotta agree with Way and 90STX. I have had this dead pedal in my car for about 15k now and I love it. Sometimes on long drives (before the dead pedal) I would get lower back aches from the awkward driving position that the MINI puts you in. The way the factory dead pedal is placed your left leg is reaching farther than your heel position on your throttle foot. This will cause some rotation of your pelvis and hence the back aches. The driving position with Way's aftermarket dead pedal http://www.waymotorworks.com/product.php?productid=16262&cat=0&page=1 is spot on. I haven't had any discomfort driving my MINI since I installed it. And it does give an excellent brace point for spirited driving. Also, You can still get your fuse-box door open and get the floor mat in and out without removing the dead pedal. Nice job Way. Oh, and I wear size size 12 shoes and often wear work boots driving my MINI. I have no clearance /driving issues with the dead pedal installed.

Dustin is a true MINI enthusiast working with parts for MINI enthusiasts! I have ordered twice from him now and will continue to. Thanks again Dustin!!!!!!!
Another disappointing Alta product.
They are harder to adjust than the Ireland Engineering and H-Sport links, they are heavy, and the heim joints clunk annoyingly.
Two thumbs way down

I've had these on my MCS since early 2003, right after they were released. At the time I was running my car in the STX class in SCCA autocrossing, and this product gave me the camber adjustment that I wanted while still staying legal for the class (which requires no more metal in bushings than OEM bushings, making Heim joints illegal). I installed both upper and lower links on each side. They were lighter than stock, and the install was easy with the right combination of sockets and ratchets. Having these on the car makes camber and toe adjustments a snap, though like any comparable product for our application both camber and toe change at the same time so these adjustments are best made on an alignment rack. I use a drop of Loc-tite blue (NOT RED, which requires heat to remove) on the lock nuts of the camber links and the alignment settings stay nicely locked in for extended periods of time. My Hotchkis Camber Links are still going strong and quiet with no maintenance required after over 6 years, 114,000 miles and over 800 autocross runs.
