^ absolutely not. They make the car extremely unique and were a lot of effort and expense to get them. They've been in the car since it was delivered to me at the dealer. They were a dealer installed accessory in Germany where the car was delivered. It's now in Las Vegas. US spec.

^ The front lip is a BMW Motorsport part for the MINI Challenge racing series. It can only be obtained by Challenge race teams at racing venues. It's very stout compared to OEM and is very functional at high speeds. Direct bolt on just like OEM, but only fits the JCW body kit. It's a perfect match to the plastic trim as well.
