These are very comfortable but they are made for a thinner person, read the specs before you buy!!

I had these seats in my Mini and they are great. They get even better once you add the sparco side mounts.

I've been thinking of getting some seats like this for track days. How difficult is swapping the seats for occational use? Given my day to day driving I sort of want to keep the air bags functional around ton but would love to swap out seats for the track.

White stuff, I don't know dust I guess, pulled out of box and took photo.

Switching seats requires loosening the four bolts and slapping back in the stock seats. I used a hex head bolt to put in the race seats as opposed to the stock torx bolts as the head is not big enough for the slider. There is a piece on one of the forums on how to trick the airbag into not shutting off when disconnected. I just went to a friend with BMW equip and had the light reset.

These seats on the track will probably be the best performance enhancement you can get. I couldn't believe the differnce in not having to fight sliding around does in ability, confidence, and times.
