Are these factory black? Or, where they painted?

What kind of paint did you use to paint them? How long were they on the car after you painted them?

Orlando area.
They were on the car 6 months until I bought the current set that I have now. They were sanded, primed and painted with Dupli-Color wheel paint. I am not a painter by trade and they are not perfect but they worked for me.

There were no TPS on them when I got them so...no. The valve stems are still on the wheels.
