Complete mounting kit with lights for lower mounting of driving or fog lights. The pic shows the kit on my 03 MCS. This requires removal of front bumper but NO drilling. Kit comes with everything shown, but no wiring. Note: The lights are off brand and have chips in the lenses. I am just including for free.
