2006 MINI Cooper S parts for sale, and I am willing to deal a bit. Paypal preferred, but I can do money orders and such if needed, it will just take longer.
* Hotchkis/H-Sport Camber Plates, never installed. $400 inc. ship.
* MINI-Madness JCW Air Filter, still in plastic. $100 inc. ship. ---SOLD---
* m7 Sport Springs, never installed. $210 inc. ship.
* OEM Jack Pack from 2004 MCS. $20 inc. ship. ---SOLD---
* Stock R53 Spoiler in BRG. Brand new, bought JCW when I ordered car. $150 inc. ship.
I caught the modding bug, so I will have some more stuff to list coming soon.

I would say they are good springs, although there are people who don't like them, as with anything.
From the m7 page:
Front: 219 lbs/in (3.9 kg/mm)
Rear: 224 lbs/in (4.0 kg/mm
1.3" drop front & rear
