I have 4 ContiProContact SSR 205/45R17 84V tires that accompanied my new MINI from Denver to Tucson before being replaced with non-runflats. They were changed out at 2,998 miles on the odometer, about half of these were during the low-revs break in period, and about 2k of the miles being on the highway (not in tread burning stop-and-go driving). So, these tires are in excellent condition!
(I put "unknown" under tread remaining in the stats because I haven't actually measured it... and "lots" isn't an option in the drop-down list)

Tirerack has these tires listed new at $202 each ($808 for a set), and I'm sure it would be much more to have your run flats replaced by MINI. But this very low milage set can be yours for only $500.
