I think they are "hotwires". The shipping can't be all that much, as they will fit in a padded bag easily, and prolly weigh 2lbs total.
They are the units sold by Webb Motorsports, OutMotoring and other Mini vendors.
I am selling them because I went back to the stock wires after a tuneup. I detected no difference so they work as wires--you should buy them if you want a little under-bonnet bling, or you have a C-note burning a hole in your pocket.
