I bought this Cyl.Head, and had it shipped from the U.K. It is from JCW,and is off of a brand new MCS that got the factory upgrade. It has only parking lot miles. It is still in a Mini factory Box! Buyer pays shipping.

i dont think it is, its misleading in a way, but i think he meant: it's a Sstock head came from jcw factory, and the stock head is off a jcw-upgraded car.
