Trans out of an '03 Mini S. It's the 6spd Getrag obviously. Open diff. Shifts great and no grinding or popping out of gear so all syncro's feel good. No whinning. Great for a replacement if you popped your's or a swap on a 5spd. These are a small fortune from the dealer and it's taking up space in my garage, please someone help me unload this!!

I thought it was 05+ when they replaced it with a getrag tranny... I could be wrong.

That's I what I thought too, up to '04 it is the Midlands tranny.

The car has never had trans issues or a tranny replaced so if they didn't come with one, I musta got a SUPER wednesday build... haha. Come on someone take this from me!!

FYI, for anyone who reads this later...
The 1st gen Cooper S has always had a Getrag 6-spd. The 1st gen justaCooper came with Midlands through Jun 04, then Getrag 5-spd. 2nd gen, both S and Coop have 6-spd.
