Brand New In Box, only removed to test battery state.
Bought this a few months ago and never go around to installing. Since the car has been setup and corner weighted the way I like and adding this battery will lighten the rear I can't see a need for it right now.
Battery was tested in on 10/4/08 and is 100%.

I do not know if this will fit a Copper, I know it will fit in the rear battery compartment of an S. I also posted under 1st gen as I am unsure of fitment and power needs of a 2nd gen MINI.
Being it only has 360 CCA I do not recommend this battery for those of you in the snow belt for daily use. Now for occasional winter use with the battery on a tender then it should be fine.
