yes, they are smack dab in the middle. $1600 for everything...seats, brackets, sliders and OC3 mat for '05+ R50/R53 airbag sensor ($$$$).

2 questions, How did you go about painting the leds on the shifter black? did u use something like nite shadeS? I tried this but didnt know how to free the leds.
2nd, will u take $150 for the lip?

yes, I used NiteShades on the LED's. You need to disassemble the MOLEX plug in order to remove the circuit board from the housing to do so. Snapping a pic of the pin order was key so it went back together properly - a pick to release each pin was also helpful.
