WTB: Mini in Pennsylvania

I am looking to purchase a Mini. I prefer manual tranny. All colors are acceptable except yellow. Nothing against the color, just not fitting the bill right now. I am willing to travel up to 100 miles around the Philadelphia area. This will be a cash deal. I would prefer you have the title in hand, but willing to work with you. Looking for something close to stock.

I live in Lancaster pa. I have a 2005 cooper s 5spd blue with a black top.It has just about every option on it .It has 29000 miles on it,a new clutch and four new tires.
