WTB: toggles, silver ashtray + downtubes, tool kit, other stuff

I'm looking for a few random bits for my girlfriend's recently-acquired '02 MCS

• 2 toggle switches (to fill in the front & rear fog light blanks)
• silver ashtray
• silver downtubes
• tool kit (or at least a tow hook and the wheel-center-cap-remover bent wire thing)
• the middle button for the dome light (or a complete dome light if necessary)
• clear side repeater lenses
• antenna base trim piece thing, (for an '02-04)
• glove box organizer (MINI OE, preferably)
• boot net
• console & ebrake storage bins (2 pieces, as seen here)
• longshot - euro parcel shelf
