Does anyone know if the window tint guy will be at MOTD this year?

I heard good things about him last year and I was looking forward to having the cabrio and the classic done there. Can't remember his name though - does anyone remember and is there any word on if he (or anyone else) is slated to attend?

Thanks!

That was Carlos at Solar Solutions. You can find them in the vendor directory

I haven't heard if he has decided to attend yet so give him a call.

He tinted my sunroof last year and let me tell ya, it was the best mod I've had done to a MINI. Really cuts down on glare and internal temp on hot, sunny days.

I have an 07 MCS cabrio and would like to tint all the windows as dark as possible.
So count me in if you come and PM me regarding price and schedule.

Well it appears that Solar Solutions has signed up as one of the vendors attending MOTD this year.
So I guess now all I need to do is see if I can get my Cabrio tinted while I'm there.

Window Tint Legal Limits

For those of us that will be getting our windows tinted, I just wanted to remind everyone that some states are really strict with their tint limits.
If you are not sure about your states limit and would like to find out then check out this website http://www.tintcenter.com/laws/ .
For the most part the limit in most states is at 27% for driver and passenger side windows.
