Yes it is Friday and I am also sitting on that FedEx bar. I will be calling RR in a bit and I will give you guys another low down. Or maybe someone already has some updates. Either way, if it's not shipped today, I'm definitely finished with RR and want my money back, and that's not what I want at all!!!!

Man you guys are harsh

.... granted their PR/communication methods needs a lot of work

... but slamming them on boards EVERYDAY doesn't help things.

I do agree though ... they need to work on their expectation setting; I just hope they aren't trying to ship everything out at once (i.e. waiting for the last one to be done before shipping out the first one).

My vote is for the first unit to get out to STIG so that I can stop reading his play by play commentary. <snicker>

Well I just got off the phone with Daniel and he said the exhausts are ready to go out. However, for those of us that also ordered the coated DP's, we're being strung again because the DP are not back yet from the coating company. As for the BOV kit? Not ready. The oil catch can? Not ready as well.

He went on to say that this is not their fault. No problem. So can I get my money back? The answer was neither Adam nor Anthony were there to give me back my money. There are two guys at RR right now trying to pack up X amount of exhausts to be shipped. WTH!! All I want now is my money back and that is not happening. Now where do I go from here? Should I just give them another break????

I'm not going to comment on the stuff above regarding money. I will say that my understanding is that Daniel is in a different place than where the work and shipping is done (one is an office and one is the shop.. not at the same location from what I understand). Simply, A&A may not be in the office with Daniel but actually at the shop (did Daniel actually say they weren't even at work today?). Then again .. I dunno I'm not there .... I've been patient this long (I was the second to have my money in I believe?). Couple more days ain't gonna kill me.

I would say give riss a chance to clear things up but not to accept anymore excuses or long delays.

And riss should tells us what the mystery option is.

Yea really... I was really hoping to have a really fun weekend project and this "mystery option" free'd up my time.... to go cut down friggin' trees at my parents. I can't stand when they rope me into their yard for free use of labor!

I think the option is coating to cover up a bad polishing .

Well, after a long conversation with Adam, we have come to an agreement that if he doesn't have all the products shipped by Wednesday of next week, I will get a refund.

Jproz- It's about the empty promises and excuses. I have no problem with waiting a few more days, but is it really going to be a few more days? And yes, Daniel did say they weren't working today. And to confirm that, Adam told me as well.

Well, again I wait!!

And yes, I know what the mystery option is...

Hi guys,

almost every system was shipped Friday. I am personally going to take care of the rest of the exhausts today. There are only 4 more systems that need to go out so we'll rush it to FEDEX now.

PLEASE NOTE:

for all catless exhaust systems, we have put instructions in the box, but just to make sure, the shorter pipe will be in the front of the exhaust. It may be a little confusing because both straight sections are almost equal length but one is longer than the other. There is a stamp on the flanges so the installation should be very simple. If you guys have any questions, feel free to email us or give us a call. Today will be pretty hectic with shipping but we'll try to get back to everybody right away. Thanks guys!
