Just spoke to Daniel and he's telling me the products will be shipped on Wednesday. I will call on Wednesday to see if this pans out and hopefully get a tracking number.

Stig and CBShane: I know what you guys mean, but at this point, we'll be very lucky to get them shipped Wednesday. I may not even install the stuff since it's getting cold and crappy up here in the Northeast. And like you said, we prolly won't get the stuff until middle or the end of next week.

Ground vs Air freight for a box the size the one the exhaust will ship in would be retarded expensive.

Stig, please don't take this personally, but for all the negative posts, I sure hope you are following up with phone calls. Posting let alone monitoring on forums when a shop is trying to get stuff out is likely not a priority for them.

And as I've said before, I've never had an issue contacting Anthony or Adam directly (either via phone or email).

I'll report back when I get my axleback, but I'm expecting it rather quickly now that shipping info is logged in the system.

I was wondering the same thing as i received a tracking number as well. Apparently they get the box ready to ship when you make your order as to keep the orders, in order(i guess that means the paperwork as well). First come first served. I inquired to adam about this and that is what he told me. That was 2 months ago. ;) I have no idea why you got an additional one though.

Ok guys, I have been complaining and have been impatient with RR, however, they have finally sent me two FedEx tracking numbers for all my goodies just now. Does that mean I'm getting the goods? I don't know, but this is a huge step in the right direction!!! I will update as soon as I find out more about these tracking numbers.

Hello everybody!

We have everybodys system done. We do not make the titanium burnt tip we have another company make them. Due to their delay we went ahead and made everybodys system stainless tips, and we will be sending out the titanium burnt look tips FREE when they are done. You will be able to have both tips at no extra charge. This was a high cost for us to do however getting the systems out ASAP even if it costs us a little extra is the least we can do for our loyal NAM customers! We have also spent a great deal of money to add a little extra surprise to everybody on the group buys exhaust order. The systems will be going out in waves, and shipping starts this week! We are very excited to get your reviews, and are sorry for the delays. We undertook a huge build on the mini making several products all at once. Things happened outside of our control that caused delays. However in the end we will come through, and everything will be smooth for future orders.

On a side note. We have been bombarded with emails, phone calls, pms etc....from everybody asking for status on the exhausts. Please understand the time we need to spend responding is REALLY costing us a lot of valuable time that could be spent getting these systems out. We will not "forget" anybodys order. We have everybodys system together we are literally FITTING every persons exhaust before we put it in the box to assure fitment. This takes extra time but its worth the effort to guarntee flawless fitment. Please keep an eye on your email/shipping to follow your order status. Fed Ex does pick ups with us on Monday Wednesday and Friday. We thank you all for your support, and I hope this answers everybodys questions!

I just got confirmation that no one is getting their products shipped until possibly Friday!! That goes for all of us that have received tracking numbers as well. This is ridiculous!! Another problem has arisen. How many problems can occur with these products? It makes me wonder what kind of quality we will be getting? So I guess Stig One is not kidding when he said he got tracking numbers two months ago and still no products.

I don't want to be a PITA, but this is totally not how to run a business. I think RR has used up all of my patience. Thus, I have given Daniel until Friday or my money back...
