honestly the quality looks amazing

but it sounds like an american car now.. (IMO a bad thing for an m3)

perhaps an H Pipe would be better?

I noticed that my credit card has been charged for the exhaust. Does this mean you've started manufacturing the exhausts for people that have paid already?

My understanding is that they had already bought all the parts prior to announcing the group buy. After speaking with Anthony yesterday (and paying for my system), they aren't using the payment to produce the systems (they are already starting to do that). My best guess though is that we are still at least 4 weeks from seeing a shipping notice... between the bending and polishing.

It's important to remember they aren't doing 1 system at a time; its more like doing a whole bunch of one part of the system prior to moving onto the next part. It would be totally inefficient and make no sense if they were to reset the bending jigs every time for a single system. And then the parts need to get polished... At least that's my speculation; I'm by far no expert in this area.

When you are part of that group, in any industry, that attempts to buy the newest, on the cusp, "cutting edge" part ... patience is the only way to go. Unfortunately for some companies, we are constantly let down. I don't get that feeling at all from Riss. They got their 'A' game on. Only time will tell.

I've also heard nothing but good things about them from others I've asked. I fully understand their grief with the O2 sim. Electronic mods are a whole 'notha level

We made downpipes & mid pipes for the 335i. We are working on the rear section of the exhaust after we finish up some more mods for the MINIs I'll post videos up when its done!
