Mark, you have my deposit, we would really love to have that new IC on the 09 JCW before our track event on June 28. Hint, Hint.....

I reviewed the details from the original posting with Mr. U today, his comment was this is the only real mod he needs on his JCW other than race brake pads.

Don

If anyone can't get on the list, I'll probably sell my spot. I called Friday and was told it was going to be at least another 4-5 weeks most likely. I'm trying to get my car dyno tuned in KY with RMW June 13th....

I'm trying to close a deal on a used Forge intercooler.

I've already paid 300 in down payment...

Specifically, how would I go about buying your spot? I may be interested or I could take the #14 spot. Let me know.

D,

Thanks, I'm waiting right now for a member to get back to me. If he sells me his, then I can make the dyno tune and everything's great.

If he doesn't get back to me (I've been waiting for a few days now), then obviously I'll have to purchase this intercooler and just wait for another dyno day.

Sorry to be ambiguous but I'll know in the next day or so if the seller gets back to me.

Mark

PS: If the seller does get back to me, we'll work out the logistics later.

I understand. For now, I hope you guys don't mind me "tentatively" claiming spot #14. If Mark can get his used IC, then I'll take over his spot. I'll call Helix for a down payment as soon as I hear more info from Mark...

And the update is what?

We really want to give you money, I may have to order another for my 07, as well as the 09 JCW.

Really, any updates from Helix on the potential shipping date?

Thank you,
Don (old81)

Nice, we might make the 28th with the FMIC on the JCW.

This filled up pretty quick!
As Mark mentioned earlier the 14th and 15th are possible spots if all 15 intercoolers pass our quality control check. We'll know that in a few weeks when the intercoolers are all ready to ship.

We've gotten a lot of interest so we will start a backup list and offer the same pricing. If any spots open up with the current production run the backup list guys will get first dibs, otherwise once we finish this group buy we will quickly start another with people on the backup list.

1) Arnel - paid
2) uMouse - paid
3) masterd78 - paid
4) orangecrush - paid
5) apudapus - paid
6) Krut - paid

11) old81 - paid
12) canvasmonkey - paid
13) Mach V - paid
14) D Unit (tentatively claiming this spot for now) *possible spot*
15) Steve P. *possible spot*

Backup List
1) Don S.
2) Mini Fireman

D-unit changed his plan of attack so my spot is open. Though I wanted the Helix intercooler, my scheduled RMW tune date is in a week and since the Helix intercooler won't be ready, I was forced to make alternative plans.

Anyway, my spot is open. I've already paid Mark 300 downpayment.

Either Helix can refund my money and sell my spot or I can just sell the intercooler for the same price Helix is selling it for and perhaps they will be kind enough to drop ship it.

If anyone's interested, let me know.

Mark

T-Bolt Clamps

Mark or anyone at Helix...
If we want to use t-bolt clamps instead of regular worm-gear type clamps, do you have these to ship with the FMICs. Or, if not and we wanted to go to Hose Techniques or elsewhere, what size clamps do we need to fit over the hoses? I'd like to go ahead and get these on order.
Thanks
Fig

Mark,

I've called at least 2-3 times and only get a recording at your company saying you guys will be closed because you going to MOTD (old message apparently) and left you at least 2 PM's with no answers.

I've got someone that wants to buy my spot but I can't seem to get you to acknowledge my PMs.

Would you please call me at (704) 882-1150 or email me at orangecrush03@gmail.com so we can make this happen.

Thanks for your time,

Mark

Man, I met someone a few days ago who highly recommended the Helix IC. I was here at the forum to see what I could find out about Helix. It looks from this thread as if Helix may not be as reliable as we would want a vendor to be. Am I mistaken?
