Does anyone know the weight savings on these parts? I know that on a few sports cars with aluminum hoods that you're actually adding more weight by going to a carbon fiber hood.

I really hope the group buy works out for you. I'd be tempted but I bought a custom carbon diffuser from VIS that took 2 months + longer then quoted. The answer the phone but don't have answers. When I got it, quality was pretty good, weave is ok compared with my JCW mirrors, but the parts won't be mounted side by side. Im not 100% sure on the clear I may hit it again. Worst was the part wasnt drilled or tapped nor did it come with mounting brackets!? Brackets are $225...if you can get 'em. Just a heads up.
