Potential Group Buy on Auto Up Circuits Gen 1 ONLY

Almost everyone has heard of
Ian Culls Auto-Up Windows Circuit , which offers double-click auto-up of either or both front windows in any non-R56 / non-Clubman MINI ... the latest V6 circuit also offers optional Track Mode DSC and AutoFrontFogs (track mode DSC
automatically turns off DSC each time you start your car). Garage Door
opener models will be available at extra cost.

This is a group buy that is dependent on interest, administered by auto-up fan Mike (mcrtech), who has worked with me to organize this. We need 50 people interested in purchasing a circuit to justify a new production run.
If you are interested in purchasing a circuit please post here the number of
units you would like or PM mcrtech to get added to the list.

The Price will be $46 plus shipping (USPS Priority Mail) Garage Door opener
versions are extra.

Once we have at least 50 people interested, we will start taking orders and the production run will start. (The build takes around 6 weeks from time I pull the trigger on a batch order.)

IMPORTANT:
These units works for Gen 1 MINIs only
(not R56, not Clubman!)
Please only post if you are definitely interested - thanks.

If you are undecided about this don't be. These circuits are wonderful and frankly I don't know how anyone can live without one in their Mini. I have one of the first circuits Ian made, it has never hiccuped even once and thank him every day when pulling away from my mailbox.

Why it is not standard is anyones guess but Ian came to the rescue. Get one while you can.

I used the garage door opener feature to drive a 12v relay. The mods with this are limitless...I use mine to drive an Oogah horn

The circuits to enable you to trigger your garage opener remote from the MINIs toggle switches add between $1 and $6 depending on requirements (built to customer needs)

Put me down for one - I have an mcaw but would switch to get AFF and DSC control. I'd also want relay control if possible.... just because I'd come up with something to use it for.

I'm definitely game for one! How does the garage door opener work for those with the full toggle bank? By hitting two toggles simultaneously?

There's no need to indicate garage versions right now ...

The garage opener output is triggered by holding the lock/unlock toggle in either position for more than half a second. So it works no matter how many toggles are in the car.

I've got one in my car already, but I'd like another one for my sister's new-to-her '06 MCS.

Hi, I don't know how recent any of this is, but I heard that stock has run out, and to make it known on metroplex or here if I want one of these. I want one that does the one-touch windows up and the DSC auto-off. Thanks.

One-touch up is not a generally available option - the circuit uses double-click up.

My auto-up circuit is one of my favorite mods. I highly recommend it to everyone. It makes driving away from windows, toll booths, and anything else so much easier than having to hold window up, let go to shift, go back to window up, repeat as necessary depending on how fast you accelerate.

Maybe mine was a fluke - if I hold the window up position for about 1/2 second and release it does the auto-up. I'm not complaining if it's not supposed to have this feature, I like it.

They were included in my v6 that I got about a year ago. Unless the design has changed without a reflection in the version number it's included.
