So I am guessing we'll be notified here at some point about availability, price, and payment options. if we say here that we want one, will a unit be made and held for each of us?

When there is sufficient interest for me to be comfortable placing another batch order, then that order will happen ... some 6-8 weeks later, parts will become available.
Normal process is to first let those folks who said "yes" that they are available; an email to those where the email address is known. Then probably a post to this thread.
Recommend you use "instant notification" for this thread ...

+1 on the circuit - I've had on on my `05 for three years now. I don't use the AFF feature, but the Auto-ASC Off and window controls are excellent.
